Standard or ground orders generally ship in 1-2 business days. Orders placed with an expedited shipping method are generally shipped the same day if the order is place by 12:00pm EST.

Login to your account and select Order History. In the list of orders, click on the number of the order in question. Shipped orders will usually show tracking details at the bottom of the page and a note about shipping in the Customer Notes section.
