Cancellation Policy
Cancellations are honored up to the time of shipment. If your order has already shipped, cancellation is not an option. Orders that have already shipped are subject to our Return Policy.

We make every effort to keep the tracking information up to date on our website. In the event that a cancellation request is received after an order has shipped, the cancellation request will be invalid and the order will then be subject to our Return Policy.

Return Policy
If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it within thirty (30) days of receiving. All returned merchandise must be in the original packaging with no missing parts, hardware, or instructions. The product may be returned for exchange, replacement, or refund. Returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

Please note that original shipping charges will not be refunded unless the product is defective, has shipping damage that is reported in a timely manner, or the order was filled incorrectly. We request that you report defective, damaged, or incorrect products immediately. Also, note that it is the customer’s responsibility to properly package the merchandise and pay for the return shipping charges.

If you received Free Shipping and decide to return your order, the actual shipping cost will be deducted from your refund and you will be responsible for the return shipping cost.

Exchanges, replacements, or refunds will only be issued after the merchandise has been received by Pelham Fuel.

When returning merchandise, it is highly recommended that you use a shipping service with true tracking capability, such as UPS or FedEx.

Shipping
Orders typically ship within 1-2 business days. When an order ships the order status is updated in our store, the tracking number is entered, and the customer is notified via email.

Available shipping methods are Ground and Next Day.
